Emerald View Properties Launches Corporate Development Services Group to Assist U.S. Businesses in UAE

New York City, NY – January, 2009 - Emerald View Properties, a full service marketing, sales, and consulting firm in the U.S. that promotes Dubai real estate, lifestyle, business, travel, and investment opportunities has recently launched their Corporate Development Services Group to complement the firm’s existing real estate advisory group.

Emerald View has hired Clayton D. Risher to head up their Corporate Development Services group. Mr. Risher is a marketing and sales executive with over fifteen years of Fortune 1000 experience serving diverse vertical industries ranging from manufacturing and enterprise software to healthcare and real estate services. Mr. Risher has also worked extensively in foreign markets.
